Field Technician — Greenhouse & Hydroponics
Install, maintain and support greenhouse, irrigation and hydroponic systems on site.

Purpose of the role
Be our reliable hands on the ground so every system is installed properly and keeps running.
Key responsibilities
- Install greenhouses, irrigation and hydroponic units following designs and safety rules.
- Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and nutrient checks.
- Support client and school staff with daily operation questions.
- Record visits, issues and materials used.
What you'll need
- Certificate or diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture or a technical trade.
- At least 1 year of practical installation or farm work experience.
- Willingness to travel and work outdoors.
Nice to have
- Plumbing, welding or electrical skills.
- Motorbike or driving licence.
