Managing heat and humidity in a greenhouse
Ventilation, shading and crop spacing to reduce disease pressure.
High humidity and poor airflow increase fungal disease. Open side vents early in the day and keep crop rows spaced for airflow.
Shade nets can reduce heat stress during hot months, especially for nurseries.
Scout regularly and remove infected leaves promptly.
